Quality Technician

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team in Portland, OR (97230). In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics. Identify and report any defects or non-conformities in products. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve quality processes. Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control procedures and guidelines. Participate in internal audits and support external audits as needed. Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and best practices. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in quality assurance or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
