We welcome opportunities to work together to solve tough challenges with innovative solutions.  JOB DIMENSIONS:                                                                                                               Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm; ON SITE   KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Department Oversight and OperationsCoordinates and participates in receiving, storing, picking, and timely shipping of goods and materials. Serves as a hands-on lead to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Promotes and reinforces safety guidelines, modeling safe behaviors and promptly notifying management of safety concerns or incidents. Department Processes, Policies, and ProceduresAssists with reviewing, analyzing, and improving department processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy. Ensures daily work is performed in accordance with established procedures and company policies. Provides real-time coaching and guidance when non-compliant actions are observed and escalates repeated issues or policy violations to the Warehouse Supervisor/Distribution Manager as appropriate.     Inventory ControlMaintains accurate records and operational metrics. Assists with and performs inventory audits in accordance with department policies and operational needs. Maintains a working knowledge of all warehouse systems and procedures. Provides day-to-day guidance, training, and coaching to warehouse staff to ensure consistent and accurate operating practices as needed. Lead ResponsibilitiesServes as the primary point of contact for daily warehouse operations and supports the Warehouse Supervisor/Distribution Manager as needed. Provides functional leadership and direction to the warehouse clerks, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. Acts as a backup lead during absences or peak periods. Supports employee success through on-the-job training, problem-solving, and performance feedback. Addresses routine questions and escalates employee concerns, performance issues, or policy violations to management as appropriate. Assists with resolving workflow or operational issues between employees when necessary. Additional duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Education and ExperienceRequired High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Experience in a warehouse environment reflecting stable work history and good attendance record.Strong inventory control skills.Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates. Experience in the Manufacturing and Healthcare industry preferred.Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, ShipStation Essential Skills and AbilitiesAcute attention to detailStrong organizational skills.Commitment to excellence and high standards.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
