Facility Maintenance

Facility Maintenance Join our team as Facility Maintenance Associate. We are currently expanding our Maintenance Department and are looking to add another member to our team. We are looking for a part-time individual to perform on-site maintenance on property buildings and grounds. This position requires basic electrical and contractor skills as well as the ability to operate tractors and equipment. The part time position is 20 hours per week (Monday – Friday) plus overtime as needed. SKILLS: - Works well under pressure with competing priorities - Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques - Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends and evenings as needed. - Effective problem-solving abilities - Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks DUTIES: - Maintain company owned buildings and property - Work alongside current Facilities Manager - Performing general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, basic electrical and carpentry - Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to troubleshoot issues - Repairing faulty issues or damages among company owned facilities and properties - Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures - Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality - Regular weekly mowing & snow plowing as needed for company properties - Maintaining the inventory records for equipment and supplies - Oversee projects that are performed by outside contractors - Other duties as assigned Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 20.0 per week Work Location: In person
