Job Title: Warranty AdministratorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Construction Warranty Administrator to support warranty work on a completed building 2 of a data center project in Mesa, AZ. This role involves managing post-construction service requests, troubleshooting, and repairs, acting as the liaison between homeowners/clients and subcontractors. The position requires documenting claims, coordinating repair schedules, processing work orders, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. Strong organizational skills and construction industry knowledge are essential.ResponsibilitiesReceive, log, and schedule warranty service requests for construction defects or issues.Utilize systems like Procore or Sage 300 to document all communications, work orders, and close out repairs.Schedule subcontractors to perform repairs and verify that work is completed to quality standards.Maintain professional communication with homeowners to explain warranty coverage and address concerns.Process invoices, reconcile warranty receivables, and maintain warranty databases.Provide routine administrative support, including logging warranty requests, processing warranty access documents, and managing filing systems.Oversee meeting logistics, including security permissions for site visitors.Process and distribute incoming communications and respond to routine requests.Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude, maintaining composure under pressure.Assess priorities and competing demands to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Share subject matter expertise to support teamwork and deliver results.Exercise discretion and integrity with confidential and sensitive information.Essential Skills3+ years of construction warranty administration experience.Ability to read construction drawings, understand building systems, and comprehend contract warranties.High School Diploma or GED.Proficiency in MS Office.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Intermediate organizational and attention to detail skills.Ability to learn and use a variety of software, tools, and systems.Advanced knowledge of administrative and office procedures and standards.Ability to lift up to 40lbs.Reliable vehicle and residence in east Valley.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate’s degree in office administration or related field (Preferred).Proficiency in Bluebeam, Adobe Pro, or any PDF software.Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screening including THC.Work EnvironmentThe position is onsite in a trailer, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM with a half-hour lunch break. The location is in Mesa, off Sossaman and Elliot. There is an opportunity for overtime on Saturdays.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.RequirementsEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
