This Per Diem, Day position is ideal for an experienced Endoscopy RN who values teamwork, patient-centered care, and the flexibility to support a high-quality procedural environment.

As an RN in our Endo Lab, you'll deliver expert care across the endoscopy continuum-supporting patients before, during, and after procedures-while collaborating closely with physicians, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary team members.
This role includes rotating night and weekend on-call coverage, supporting continuity of care for our community.
This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement.

Hourly Pay Range: $56.92 - $86.09

What You'll Do
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
Provide direct nursing care in alignment with professional standards and unit practices
Accurately document care in the electronic health record
Delegate and coordinate care with team members based on competence and credentials
Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, infection prevention, and regulatory initiatives
Maintain professional effectiveness through ongoing education and development
Support PeaceHealth policies, procedures, and mission-driven goals
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of two (2) years of Endoscopy nursing experience
or completion of an Endoscopy Fellowship
* Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire
* Demonstrated ability to provide age-appropriate, patient-centered care
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
* Basic computer proficiency
Preferred
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Working Environment & Physical Requirements
Patient handling up to 35 lbs. without assistive devices
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and fine motor skill use
Exposure to biohazards, body fluids, and a fast-paced procedural environment
Ability to perform hands-on CPR as required
