In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Client Success (Account Management) team to design and deliver technology solutions that align with our clients’ business goals. You will play a key role in shaping IT strategies by translating business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.Major Goals And ResponsibilitiesThe Solutions Engineer (SE) is a senior technical contributor responsible for scoping, solution design, and technology roadmap development for managed clients. The SE partners with Strategic Technical Account Managers (STAMs) to translate client business objectives into clearly scoped initiatives, prioritized technology roadmaps, and defensible Statements of Work, while protecting margin, reducing delivery risk, and enabling scalable growth.This role is not reactive support.
