As a Sorority Recruitment Consultant, you'll be the ultimate hype person for our clients and help them find their dream home. YOUR VIBE: You're a total social butterfly with a passion for all things sorority life. Your time management skills are straight fire, and you slay deadlines like a boss. You've got stellar communication skills and can spill the tea with anyone and everyone. THE DEETS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Previous experience with sorority recruitment or Greek life (been there, done that, bought the t-shirt). A sick digital marketing and social media game. An eye for aesthetics to help with branding, website, etc Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS) such as Squarespace, Wix, Weebly, Showit, or WordPress E-commerce experience a plus Super organized and able to handle multiple projects at once. IN YOUR WORK ERA: Develop killer recruitment strategies for our clients and help them stand out from the crowd. Create lit content and promotional materials to spread the word about our services. This might include creating an online course for PNMs who don't want to invest in 1-1 consulting time. Have good verbal communication skills and be comfortable being a spokesperson on social media. Be able to create social media posts on the fly as well as more polished videos for IG and TikTok. Connect with PNMs and guide them through the recruitment process. Analyze recruitment data and share your insights with clients to help them reach their goals.
