50 Forward Case Manager Opportunity 50 Forward Mohawk Valley advocates for the developing needs of the senior community by providing education, health, wellness, support and intergenerational programs to create opportunities for new and exciting experiences. 50 Forward has tripled its membership in the past three years and continues to grow annually with over 1,100 members at its site in Utica, over 450 members in Verona Beach, and programs countywide.
