Monitor student progress and help manage at risk interventions.Strategic Collaboration: Partner with families, faculty, and leadership to foster an inclusive school climate.Ethical Practice: Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of student services.Innovation: Play a pivotal role in helping students develop and strengthen social emotional skills, executive functioning skills, and the confidence to succeed.QualificationsCredentials: Master's degree in School Counseling (or related field) and Maine 075 certification (or eligibility) through the Maine Education Information System, and a criminal history background check.Expertise: Understanding of MTSS practices, data-driven decision-making, College Board programming, industry trends, Common App, FAFSA, Dual Enrollment, & Early College Application processes, etc.Mindset: A relationship-first educator who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.The Ideal CandidateYou are a relationship-first educator who thrives in a tight-knit, collaborative environment.
