Office Assistant

Job DescriptionFlorence Filter is seeking a sharp and motivated business professional to assist our office team with various tasks within our business. You will perform administrative functions in order to drive company success. An Office Assistant will be a support to the office staff as needed. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive, flexible, and maintains a positive attitude.Responsibilities:Answering phonesPayment Entry & Purchase Invoice EntrySupport AP & AR Process customer credit card payments and ACH payments Freight Quotes & Freight ClaimsOrder Processing Scheduling pick-ups/deliveries Ordering office suppliesPerform all other office tasksQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in office administration or other related fieldsMust be computer proficient (Google Suite, ERP, CRM)Strong communication & collaboration skillsWillingness to cross train & assist different roles Work HoursMonday-Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pmCompensation & BenefitsHourly Range $18-$23. You’ll be paid bi-weekly.
