This role is ideal for an ICU‑trained RN with strong clinical judgment, rapid assessment skills, and the ability to manage complex, high‑acuity patients.Job Function: Rotating Shift. Evaluate and continuouslymonitorpatient progress in the ICU. Identifysudden or subtle changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately. Providetimelyupdates to physicians, patients, and family members. Initiate treatments, administer medications, and monitor dosing. Respond to medical emergencies and activateappropriate clinicalteams. Deliver comprehensive care throughout the patient’s ICU stay.
