About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support and strengthen our people operations, with an emphasis on talent acquisition and workforce planning. This role partners closely with leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals while also overseeing key HR functions that support employee engagement, performance, and compliance.This position is part of our ongoing effort to connect with HR professionals for current and upcoming opportunities within our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage full-cycle hiring efforts, including workforce planning, sourcing strategy, interviewing, and onboardingPartner with department leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop talent strategies aligned with business objectivesServe as a resource for employee relations matters, including coaching managers and resolving workplace concernsOversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a consistent and positive employee experienceSupport performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planningMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policiesAnalyze HR and recruiting metrics to inform decision-making and improve processesContribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiativesAssist with compensation, benefits coordination, and employee engagement effortsHelp foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace cultureQualifications5+ years of progressive experience in Human ResourcesDemonstrated experience balancing HR generalist responsibilities with talent acquisitionStrong knowledge of HR best practices and employment lawProven ability to partner effectively with managers and senior leadershipExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExperience working with HRIS/ATS systems
