This one-stop resource supports tent weddings, milestone celebrations, corporate functions, and other special occasions with well-maintained inventory and expert guidance.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Support Representative role located in Schenectady, NY. The role includes greeting clients in person and by phone, responding to email inquiries, and providing clear, professional information about rental options, services, and event timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, preparing quotes and contracts, updating client records, and supporting the sales and event management teams with accurate documentation. The role also involves processing orders and ensuring clients receive prompt, courteous service. This position supports smooth office operations, helps resolve routine issues, and contributes to a positive client experience from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.QualificationsStrong client-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service abilities to assist clients professionally and promptly.Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering helpful, solutions-oriented support.Excellent Communication skills for phone, email, and in-person interactions, including clear, concise written and verbal communication.Basic Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve common scheduling, order, or service issues and escalate when necessary.Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, CRM or booking systems) and strong organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced event environment.Professional, courteous demeanor and ability to work collaboratively with diverse colleagues, vendors, and clients.Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, hospitality, or events is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree or higher is a plus.
