Works collaboratively with various groups within the IT department and the business units to ensure the appropriate level of quality is provided in the OEBS solutions. Develops appropriate QA standards, guidelines and procedures as needed to facilitate delivering a quality product. Ensures relevant QA standards and quality is a fundamental component of all projects and deliverables. Responsible for the creation and subsequent reviews of project test plans with team members and business owners.
