In this role, you'll shape strategy, drive performance, and bring together teams across disciplines to advance safety, compliance, and wellness programs that touch thousands of caregivers.Why This Role MattersIt's an opportunity to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for centralized services for Caregiver Health & Safety and Infection Prevention programs. Supervises team of program managers and caregiver health RNs centralizing services to ensure regulatory compliance and strong performance. Accountable for program outcomes, budget stewardship, and development of revenue-generating occupational health services lines.What You'll DoAs Director, you will:Provides functional and operational oversight of centralized program managers and remote caregiver health nursing operations, ensuring clear accountability for system standards, deliverables, and outcomeDevelops and prioritizes strategic safety initiatives in collaboration Quality, Patient Safety, Regulatory, Clinical Risk, and Human Resources to align safety initiatives and caregiver support programs.In collaboration with system strategy and operational leaders, designs and manages ongoing integration of ZoomCare and PeaceHealth occupational health services to meet the needs of both organizations.Develops and expands occupational health revenue streams at the direction of the system director.Supports system standardization, stewardship, and continuous quality improvement in infection prevention and caregiver health & safety programs by providing oversight of analytics, surveillance, and reporting for injury prevention, exposure management, HAI metrics, and program compliance.Partners with system leadership and community executives to lead initiatives that improve caregiver and patient safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to occupational health and infection prevention standards.Responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining the program budget while evaluating performance outcomes, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and sustained operational effectiveness.Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance development for assigned teams.Provides oversight for compliance with federal and state OSHA requirements and occupational health guidelines. while ensuring regulatory readiness for OSHA, CDC, CMS, and accreditation reviews in assign areas.What You BringEducation* Bachelor's degree in nursing, Occupational Health & Safety, Public Health, or related field (plus equivalent experience)* Master's degree in nursing, Occupational Health, Public Health, or related field (plus equivalent experience) -or willingness to obtain within 3 yearsExperience* 7+ years in healthcare or related field (e.g., public health)* 5+ years in leadership, including managing teams and programsCertificationsOne of the following (or ability to obtain within 1 year):Certified in Infection Control (CIC)Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP)Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN)SkillsStrong leadership, collaboration, and communication skillsExperience with regulatory compliance and safety standardsAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive improvementsProficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical systemsWhy PeaceHealthMission-Driven CultureRooted in a legacy of compassionate care, PeaceHealth values respect, inclusion, collaboration, and excellence.
