Job Description Assembly Clickers Department Location: Johnstown, OH Pay: $17.60/hour Schedule: MondayThursday, 5:00 AM3:30 PM CURRENTLY WORKING MANDATORY OT, FRI & SAT 5AM-11AM Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Job Summary: We are seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Associates to join the Clickers Department at a rubber tire patch manufacturing facility. In this role, you will assemble and inspect rubber tire repair products while maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble rubber tire patch products according to work instructions. Operate basic production equipment used in the Clickers Department. Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy. Package completed products for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and production standards. Work efficiently to meet daily production goals. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
