Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Title: LPN / LVN – Long Term Care Location: Watertown, New York We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a 13-week contract in a Long Term Care setting. This role involves providing quality nursing care to residents with chronic conditions and supporting the healthcare team in delivering patient-centered care. Position Details: Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (12-hour evening shift) Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Start: 04/06/2026) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Overtime: Daily OT after 24 hours (based on multiplier) Weekly OT after 48 hours (based on multiplier) On-Call: Not required Requirements: Active New York LPN/LVN License BLS Certification (AHA) required 1–3 years of experience in Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or related setting Experience with EMR systems (PointClickCare preferred) Patient Population: Residents with conditions such as dementia, chronic illnesses, and diabetes.
