Application Instructions Select Apply Now and fill out the information and download your resume Position Description Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Safety Professional to oversee and maintain a safe working environment on active construction and industrial jobsites. This individual will be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety policies, identifying hazards, conducting inspections, and partnering with field leadership to ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. The Site Safety Professional will report directly to the Safety Director and work closely with superintendents, foremen, and craft personnel to promote a strong culture of safety across all phases of work. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily jobsite operations to ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulationsConduct routine safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessmentsIdentify and mitigate workplace hazards including:Working at heightsLockout/Tagout (LOTO)Pinch pointsCaught-between hazardsStruck-by hazardsLead and participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and pre-task planning activitiesAssist field leaders with incident prevention strategies and corrective actionsInvestigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditionsMaintain accurate safety documentation and reportingSupport onboarding and orientation for new employees and subcontractorsPromote a positive and proactive safety culture throughout the jobsite What We OfferCompetitive compensationOpportunities for career growth and developmentSupportive team environmentCommitment to employee safety and professional excellenceHealthcare 401K matching 4% Position Requirements QualificationsExperience in construction or industrial safety preferredWorking knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety regulationsStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work collaboratively with field personnel and managementOSHA 30 certification preferredFirst Aid/CPR certification preferredAbility to walk active jobsites and work in various outdoor conditions Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.
