Role Description This is a contract, hybrid role for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician based in Dallas, TX, with some flexibility for remote work for administrative tasks. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards. Occasional plumbing tasks and compliance with regulatory requirements are part of the role. Qualifications Expertise in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systemsKnowledge of Plumbing and Electricity in HVAC environmentsEPA certification and a strong understanding of safety and environmental regulationsAbility to work in a hybrid model (on-site in Dallas, TX, with some remote administrative work)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a teamPrevious experience in residential and commercial HVAC systems is a plusCompletion of a recognized HVAC training program or certification is preferred
