Python + Full Stack Developer

Location: Downtown Houston, TXWork Arrangement: Onsite - 5 days a weekExperience: Minimum 8 yearsJob OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Python + Full Stack Developer to design and develop custom applications and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Python, full-stack development, and multi-cloud environments, primarily AWS.The role will involve building custom applications, developing proof-of-concepts, and working with cloud technologies to deliver practical solutions based on business requirements.This is a fully onsite position in Downtown Houston, TX, requiring 5 days per week in the office.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop custom applications using Python and full-stack technologies.Build and integrate frontend and backend components based on business requirements.Develop APIs, services, and application integrations.Design, develop, and deploy applications in AWS and multi-cloud environments.Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into application solutions.Build and test proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate technical approaches and application ideas.Troubleshoot application issues and implement effective solutions.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.Participate in the complete application development lifecycle, from POC through development and deployment.Use AI tools where appropriate to accelerate POC development and software development.Required QualificationsMinimum 8 years of professional software development experience.Strong hands-on experience with Python.Strong experience in full-stack development.Proven experience developing custom applications.Hands-on experience with AWS.Experience working with multi-cloud environments.Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and web application development.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Nice to HaveExperience using AI tools to accelerate POC development and software development.Familiarity with AI-assisted coding and development tools.Experience using AI to rapidly prototype and validate application concepts.Work LocationDowntown Houston, TXThis is a fully onsite position requiring 5 days per week in the office.
