Manager, Software Development, AWS In-Memory Databases
Overview
In this role you lead the engineering team building a new caching service for AWS, shaping architecture and delivery of highly distributed database services. You partner with product management to align technical decisions with business strategy and drive impactful, scalable solutions. You mentor engineers, perform hands-on technical work, and guide cross-functional projects that affect the company's bottom line. This is a ground-floor leadership position in a fast-moving environment with a broad business impact and industry-wide influence.
