Overview
As Software Engineering Manager in Verathon's Visualization R&D team, you lead a small to mid-size software group focused on medical imaging devices. You drive end-to-end software lifecycle activities, champion Gen AI integration, and align engineering strategy with product goals. You collaborate across hardware, RA/QA, and operations to accelerate time-to-market and elevate software as a differentiator. This role blends technical leadership with AI-driven innovation to shape next-gen medical software.
