The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process driven and interested in IT. In addition to managing the inventory, this person is also responsible for shipping, organizing, and managing the deployment center. This is an onsite role in Mount Laurel, NJ.Primary Responsibilities Receive and manage hardwareWork with manufacturers to schedule any remote or onsite repairsOrganize the physical storage and digital inventory catalogueManage shipping logistics to pack and ship hardware to client sites and receive returnsStage equipment in lab for remote engineers to configureCreate and update process documentationsQualifications A degree in computer science or related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with ticketing systems like ConnectWise, ServiceNow, etc.Exemplary analytical and problem-solving abilitiesMust be able to lift 50+ poundsThrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
