Box Truck Driver – OTR Residential Delivery ( Full-Time)

We specialize in last-mile delivery of furniture, appliances, and large household goods—and we are looking for reliable, motivated drivers to join our team. This is not a local-only delivery role. Our contracts are Over-the-Road (OTR) structured, meaning drivers will pick up freight weekly from our Norcross, GA warehouse, deliver to assigned regions, and return once routes are complete. Home time is limited (you may be on the road up to 2–3 weeks at a time, depending on schedule). Job Description We’re hiring Full-Time Box Truck Drivers for a consistent residential delivery contract. Drivers will be paired with a delivery helper and are responsible for ensuring safe, timely delivery of furniture, appliances, and household goods directly to customers’ homes. Responsibilities Operate a 26ft box truck on assigned residential delivery routes Safely transport freight from GA warehouse to customer regions OTR Deliver and occasionally assemble furniture/appliances at customer homes Manage loading/unloading and secure cargo using proper equipment Complete required paperwork/documentation accurately Provide professional customer service and represent KLS Enterprise with respect Schedule & Travel Full-Time 8–12 hour days, depending on route completion OTR travel required — limited home time (up to 2–3 weeks at a time, depending on route) All routes originate from Norcross, GA Requirements Valid driver’s license (CDL not required) Ability to lift 75–100 lbs repeatedly Experience operating a 26ft box truck preferred Comfortable with basic hand tools for assembly/setup Must pass drug screen and background check Strong professionalism, safety awareness, and teamwork focus Compensation & Benefits Competitive weekly pay via direct deposit Stable, long-term contract with consistent routes Growth potential into lead driver or supervisor positions Supportive team environment with career development opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $180.00 - $220.00 per day Experience: Delivery driver: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Location: Atlanta, GA 30358 (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: Atlanta, GA 30358 (Required) Work Location: In person
