Experienced Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Rep – 1099

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team on a 1099 independent contractor basis. This role is not entry-level. We’re looking for experienced door-to-door closers who want consistent pay, real support, and uncapped upside. This role involves engaging with potential clients directly at their homes and businesses to promote and sell roofing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of the roofing industry. Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door sales visits to prospective clients, presenting roofing products and services effectively. Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners and business owners to generate new business opportunities. Utilize CRM software such as Acculynx to manage leads, track interactions, and follow up with prospects efficiently. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales successfully. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and objections professionally. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and technological advancements in roofing solutions. Requirements Proven experience in Door to Door sales, inside sales, or technical sales within the roofing or home improvement industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Familiarity with CRM software such as Acculynx or other CRM tools for managing sales pipelines. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor with minimal supervision. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred for door-to-door activities.
