ResponsibilitiesThis is for a potential upcoming opportunity.Position OverviewThe Junior Project Management Analyst, RA provides programmatic, administrative, and documentation support to PMS 339 in the execution of Requirements Analysis and MPT products. This role focuses on performing assigned tasks related to tracking and maintaining acquisition documentation, coordinating technical and program reviews, updating program schedules, and assisting in preparation of Navy training and manpower documentation in accordance with governing instructions and program requirements.Requirements Analysis & MPT Program SupportPerform assigned tasks to support MPT programs for new construction and modernization efforts, following established procedures and supervisor directionAssist Program Managers (PAPM/APM) by executing administrative tasks aligned with fleet training needs and system capabilitiesUpdate and maintain requirements documentation using established templates and proceduresCoordinate meetings and distribute materials related to requirements reviewsAcquisition Documentation & Program TrackingUpdate and track acquisition and program documentation, including milestones, technical reviews, and decision briefs using established templatesMaintain program trackers, schedules, and reporting tools with current informationEnter data into program management systems following standard processesMonitor deadlines and notify stakeholders of upcoming milestonesEnsure program data is accurate and current by following established quality control proceduresTraining & Product Support DocumentationAssist in the preparation of key MPT and training documents, including:NTSPs (Navy Training System Plans)CSPPs (Class Support Planning Products)PSMDs / SMDs (Ship Manpower Documents)FEAs / Training Effectiveness Evaluations (TEE/TEEPs)Apply established procedures consistently to ensure documentation complies with OPNAVINST 1500.76 (series) and applicable DoD/DON guidanceFormat documents according to established templates and style guidesCompile information from multiple sources for inclusion in documentation packagesSchedule & Data ManagementTrack and maintain platform master planning schedules and program deliverables using established toolsUpdate status of MPT products to ensure alignment with program milestonesProvide data entry and database maintenance support for requirements tracking and lifecycle documentationApply solid problem-solving skills to resolve routine to advanced data issues with general supervisionIdentify data discrepancies and bring them to supervisor's attentionProgram Coordination and Admin SupportExecute program correspondence following established formats and templatesCoordinate across stakeholders to support timely delivery of program documentation and decision productsSchedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute materials for program reviewsAssist in preparation of briefings, reports, and stakeholder communication materials using established formatsSeek guidance for non-routine situations or complex coordination challengesProject Management Tools & Reporting SupportMaintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports using established tools and templatesUpdate reporting products with current program information for program reviewsApply developed skills and knowledge to execute assigned tasks efficientlyFollow established methods and seek guidance for non-routine situationsPerform quality checks on data entry and documentation updatesWhy This Role MattersModern Navy training systems must be precisely planned, resourced, and aligned to evolving fleet requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.Posted Salary RangeUSD $21.44 - USD $33.49 /Hr.
