Senior Maintenance Manager

Position OverviewMural Group is partnering with a global manufacturing organization to hire a Process Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead both process optimization and equipment reliability within a high volume production facility. This role sits at the center of plant performance, owning how parts are made and how machines run. You will drive process stability, reduce scrap, improve tooling performance, and ensure maintenance programs support consistent uptime. What You’ll DoLead and develop Process Engineering and Maintenance teams, including staffing, priorities, and budgetingOwn machine setup standards, work instructions, and controlled process documentationImprove process capability across existing products to reduce scrap, downtime, and variabilityPartner cross-functionally with planning, design, and production to resolve tooling, material, and manufacturing issuesMaintain and update engineering standards, spec sheets, and process documentationSupport production teams through training, troubleshooting, and real-time problem solvingTravel to customer sites as needed to resolve quality or performance issuesDefine and execute preventive maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and uptimeEstablish and manage critical spare parts inventory to reduce downtime riskCollaborate with internal machine shop on tooling design, fixture builds, and mold improvementsReview engineering drawings and production data to optimize tool performance and part qualityOwn quality outcomes on the floor, including authority to stop production for nonconforming outputWhat You Bring7+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a mix of process engineering and maintenance leadershipProven experience leading teams in a high-volume production environmentStrong understanding of process optimization, tooling, and equipment reliabilityExperience developing and executing preventive maintenance programsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentationHands-on problem solver with strong troubleshooting capabilityExperience working cross-functionally across engineering, operations, and qualityStrong communication skills and ability to lead from the floor
