Job Description Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba, P.C. is a mid-sized regional law firm looking to add an Attorney to our team. We seek a detail-oriented and highly motivated Attorney with a strong background in tort litigation to join our Philadelphia office. You will have the opportunity to take case responsibility, work on meaningful legal matters, and be part of a supportive team.Job Description:Litigation and Counseling: Deposition, Arbitration/Mediation and Jury Trial experience preferredClient Interaction: Engage with clients to address their legal needs.Case Management: Handle cases from inception to resolution, including research, legal writing, and courtroom appearances.Attention to Detail: Manage a high volume of cases with precision and organization.Interpersonal Skills: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.Qualifications:Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania requiredLicensed to practice in West Virginia, New Jersey, New York, Delaware a plusExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism.Excellent legal research, writing and advocacy skillsWork well under deadlines and in a fast paced- high-pressure environmentCompetence and desire to manage a variety of active matters independentlyDeposition and oral argument experience requiredTrial experience a plus.Starting salary is comparable to going rates and will depend on experience.*All resumes are held in strict confidence. **Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
