Registered Nurse Patient Navigator - PRN

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN, Registered Nurse Patient Navigator - Specialty Oncology Surgery - PRN to join our healthcare team in Santa Cruz, New Mexico. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients undergoing oncology surgical procedures, providing personalized guidance and support throughout their care journey.Coordinate pre-operative assessments, education, and scheduling to ensure seamless patient preparation.Act as a liaison between patients, surgical teams, and support services to facilitate communication and address concerns.Provide emotional support, answer questions, and deliver education about procedures, post-operative care, and treatment options.Monitor patient progress, document care plans, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and enhance the patient experience.Qualifications include strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to provide empathetic, patient-centered care. Knowledge of oncology and surgical procedures is preferred.
