This role leads our Accounting and Finance function and owns financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the business. The ideal candidate brings deep FP&A expertise, hands-on experience with Sage Intacct, and a track record in B2B SaaS environments.Core ResponsibilitiesLead FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planningOwn the preparation and delivery of financial reports: P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, with actionable insights for executive and department leadershipServe as the primary administrator and power user of Sage Intacct, driving system optimization, automation, and reporting build-outDevelop and enforce accounting policies and procedures to strengthen controls and reduce operational riskImprove the quality, timeliness, and reliability of financial metrics available to leadership, including KPIs, unit economics, and cohort analysisPartner with the CEO and department heads on resource allocation, scenario modeling, and financial strategySupport M&A, fundraising, and strategic transactions by maintaining clean books, audit-ready financials, and investor-grade reportingManage relationships with external partners including banks, auditors, and advisorsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred10+ years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in B2B SaaS3+ years in a finance leadership roleDeep, hands-on expertise with Sage Intacct required -- system administration, custom reporting, and workflow automation experience strongly preferredStrong FP&A background: financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and board/executive reportingIn-depth knowledge of revenue recognition standards and subscription billingExperience supporting exits, liquidity events, or M&A processes a plusAble and willing to work on-site in Los AngelesCompensationBase Salary: $130,000-$160,000Additional Compensation Eligibility: Stock Incentive PlanHealthcare Plans (medical, dental, and vision)401K Plan: Eligibility for participation in the Company's 401K plan, for which you will become eligible effective on the first day of the month after completing sixty (60) days of employment.
