This is an opportunity for an experienced AI Engineer to take ownership of an AI-powered CRM platform already in UAT and help scale it into a production-ready global solution.This role combines AI engineering, backend architecture, cloud deployment, and platform scalability in a highly visible greenfield environment.What You’ll Be DoingStabilising and scaling an AI-powered enterprise CRM platformBuilding backend services and scalable APIs using TypeScript and Next.jsSupporting AI integrations, workflows, and intelligent automation featuresImproving system performance, cloud architecture, and backend integrationsWorking closely with AWS infrastructure and cloud deployment processesCollaborating with international business and technical stakeholdersHelping transition local systems into enterprise-grade cloud environmentsContributing to long-term AI platform strategy and architecture decisionsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong hands-on experience with TypeScript and Next.jsExperience building and scaling modern web applicationsStrong AWS cloud and deployment experienceExposure to AI-powered applications, LLM integrations, or GenAI platformsExperience designing backend architecture, APIs, and scalable systemsStrong understanding of databases and backend infrastructureAbility to work autonomously in a fast-moving environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsNice To HaveExperience with CRM or relationship management platformsKnowledge of AI orchestration frameworks or retrieval-based AI systemsDevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation experienceExperience working within enterprise transformation programmesExposure to Real Estate or operational platformsContract DetailsContract Length: Until end of September 2026Location: Fully RemoteStart Date: ASAP / FlexibleInterview Process: Fast-moving
