Senior Project Controls & Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Controls & Scheduler to join the Engineering & Construction Division. In this critical role, you will support a diverse portfolio of large-scale infrastructure projects. You will work closely with Project Originators, Developers, Early-Stage Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Construction Managers across the full project lifecycle.Responsibilities:Lead the development, maintenance, and updating of detailed project schedules using Primavera P6Perform critical path method (CPM) analysis, resource loading, cost loading, and schedule variance analysisPrepare high-quality monthly schedule reports comparing baseline vs. progress schedulesConduct schedule impact evaluations and support recovery plan developmentFacilitate schedule review meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary project teamsProvide clear and concise project status updates and schedule insights to managementRequirements:5+ years of hands-on experience with Primavera P6 scheduling softwareBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Demonstrated ability to lead scheduling teams and collaborate effectively with project stakeholdersStrong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and process management skillsProven ability to review, critique, and validate complex project dataExceptional written and verbal communication skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and technically strong scheduler to play a key role in delivering major renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
