Job Title: Ab Initio Developer (ETL & Reporting) Location: Reston, VA (Local candidates preferred) Work Mode: OnsiteJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Ab Initio Developer with strong expertise in ETL development and reporting tools to support data integration and analytics initiatives for a leading healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Ab Initio ETL toolSolid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL methodologiesExperience with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)Exposure to reporting/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, or similar)Experience working with large datasets in enterprise environmentsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in the healthcare domain (especially payer systems)Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworksExperience working in Agile environments
