100% outpatient Primary Care opening in Jacksonville, FL area. FQHC setting with a new clinic location in suburbs of Jacksonville, FL.Work with 3 other providers. Phone call for own patients or can arrange in a call group. There is an LPN triage line that handles most calls. Ideal candidate will see all ages but open to Internal Medicine training as well. Base salary range of $200K+ depending on experience. Salary increases each year based on performance.Quarterly bonus incentives based on RVU s.Expected to see 20 patients per day. Will expect to see 18/day in first year and ramp up to 20. Relocation allowance. 4 weeks of PTO plus 11 paid holidays and 40 hours of CME plus allowance.Next Gen EMRNHSC and PSLF loan repayment programs available.Desired start date in the Summer of 2023. No visa sponsorship available. Benefits include insurances, 401K with 5% match plus, 100K life insurance, paid malpractice insurance. License dues and fees are paid by employer. Expect around 20 minutes of administrative time per day.Schedule is Monday Friday with 8 Saturday shifts per year from 8 am noon (additional compensation)Physicians do supervise APP s, but new grads will not do this for the initial 12-18 months.
