You will take ownership of the entire program lifecycle, from proposal effort, contract award to final delivery, translating customer requirements into cutting-edge, flight-worthy products. This role is for a dynamic leader who can drive and inspire cross-functional teams to exceed technical, schedule, and budgetary goals in a high-stakes, highly-regulated industry.Primary Responsibilities:Orchestrate and lead: Direct and motivate integrated program teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to delivery.Set the strategy: Define and manage the overall program plan, including scope, objectives, schedule, budget, and resources. Navigate our phase-gate process and drive timely execution.Mitigate risk: Apply a meticulous and proactive approach to identify, assess, and mitigate risks. Develop robust strategies to prevent and resolve issues before they can impact program success.Champion customer satisfaction: Serve as the primary liaison between our team and external stakeholders. Clearly and concisely communicate program progress, risks, and forecasts to ensure alignment and build strong relationships.Drive performance: Manage and influence resources to achieve program objectives, track performance against cost targets, and identify opportunities for additional revenue and cost reduction.Champion continuous improvement: Uphold our commitment to excellence by standardizing processes, capturing lessons learned, and continuously improving our products and procedures.Performs special projects/tasks as assigned.Preferred EducationBachelor's Degree in a technical or business fieldPreferred Experience10 years’ experience in program management or similar role in a highly regulated industry.Preferred Specialized Skills and AbilitiesProven experience in successfully managing complex technical programs in the aerospace or another highly-regulated industry.Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and mentor technical teams to solve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities in a fast-paced, independent environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical and business information to diverse audiences.An analytical mindset with proven experience in risk management, budgetary control, and strategic planning.Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project), task management software (e.g., Jira) and strong technical aptitude.Highly Desirable: PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, or Value Engineering certification.Physical Requirements:This role may travel 10-20% of the time dependent upon business needs.Frequent use of personal computers, database and digital platforms, and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machines and computer printers.Frequently uses hands, fingers, and arms to reach, handle, touch or feel equipment, materials, and computer.The person in this position needs to frequently move inside the officeFrequent close vision and the ability to adjust focus.Salary RangeThe typical hiring range for this role is:• Level III: $128,000–$192,000• Level IV: $147,000–$221,100Final offers are based on job-related qualifications and pay equityKorry Electronics Competitive Benefits Package:401(k) matching12 paid holidaysMinimum of three weeks paid time off plus one week paid sick time to startComprehensive Medical, Dental and VisionHealth Savings Account (HSA) with generous company contributionFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Tuition reimbursementParental leaveShort term and long term disabilityLife insuranceAccidental death & dismemberment insuranceLong-term care plan optionsPrescription safety shoe & glasses benefitVanpool subsidyRecognition awardsEmployee referral bonusesEAP (Employee Assistance Program)Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.This position requires access to export control information.
