Right Price.Job Title: Compliance AnalystLocation: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possible Extension)Pay Rate: $45–$48/hr on w2Only US citizen & GC holderJob Summary:The Compliance Analyst will support a large-scale Customer Information System (CIS) modernization project. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory, legal, and tariff requirements are properly understood and applied as systems and processes evolve. The position works across multiple business units and operating companies.Key Responsibilities:Support regulatory and compliance-related inquiries from internal stakeholdersConduct research on federal, state, and local regulationsAnalyze regulatory, tariff, and legal impacts on system and process changesAssist in designing compliant business processes during system transformationParticipate in project meetings including standups, workshops, and design sessionsPrepare and maintain documentation related to compliance and implementation effortsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendorsIdentify compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategiesRequired Qualifications:Experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related fieldStrong analytical and research skillsExperience supporting large-scale projects or system implementationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and evolving environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience in utilities or energy industryFamiliarity with SAP, Salesforce, Jira, or ConfluenceExperience with system transformation or modernization projectsWork Environment:Hybrid work model (onsite Tuesday–Thursday)Collaborative, fast-paced project environmentWhy Work With Us?We believe in more than just jobs—we build careers.
