The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and customer service skills. We are looking for a well presented and charismatic individual who employs a strong work ethic. For any guest that calls or walks into our space, the Customer Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in creating a great first impression and lasting relationship with LOTH.
During periods when concierge services are not needed, this candidate will assist the marketing team with administrative tasks. They will provide support in areas such as campaign management, project coordination, and various marketing activities. This role involves offering administrative and operational assistance to ensure the effective execution of marketing strategies and initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
Proactively contributing to an amazing customer and employee experience
Maintain Work Studio, including documenting and managing to effective studio protocols and standards
Handle logistics, including vendor coordination and other needs for onsite support
Support marketing efforts
Detailed Responsibilities
AMAZING Customer Experience
Greet Walk-In Customers, and align with Sales team based on client needs or work studio tour schedule
Coordinate internal events and meetings, including AV needs, catering/hospitality needs, provide critical information to guests in advance of visit, etc.
Help plan in house employee meetings and events, including catering/hospitality, room scheduling, materials preparation, invitation management
Work Studio Protocols and standards
Ensure thorough documentation of standards
Open and close work studio daily, maintaining proper safety and security
Manage inbound calls with positivity and professionalism
Communicate and reinforce work studio presentation protocols with all associates
Maintain guest beverage and snack offerings on arrival and with planned meeting preparation
Manage inbound mail, assist with mass mailings and other package delivery upon request
Marketing Activities
Proactively research visiting customers, and incorporate insights into visit preparation as applicable
Help marketing team prepare campaign distribution lists and help administer digital marketing campaigns
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma required. Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Powerpoint
Experience with CRMs (but not required)
Expected Hours of Work
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.
