Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities: Perform proactive and reactive maintenance on all production equipment, buildings, and grounds Utilize skills to produce or modify equipment to meet production needs Work independently with minimal supervision to identify and solve issues Communicate effectively with Team Leaders, Maintenance Engineers, and colleagues regarding progress Adhere to company safety policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: Completion of a maintenance assessment during the interview (not pass/fail) Previous experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, in a related field, or technical training at an accredited school Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work collaboratively on complex projects Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with PLCs, VFDs, 480V systems, etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Overtime Experience: Industrial maintenance: 3 years (Required) Industrial mechanic experience: 3 years (Required) Work Location: On the road
