Electrical Engineer

*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with client specifications. This role requires effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to coordinate with various stakeholders. *Duties* * Oversee onsite electrical work: scheduling, resource allocation, issue resolution. * Manage subcontractor performance and quality control. * Lead the planning and implementation of electrical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. * Develop detailed project plans, including project scheduling and resource allocation. * Collaborate with engineers and contractors to review blueprints and schematics for accuracy. * Utilize ProCore software for project management tasks, tracking progress, and documentation. * Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with specifications. * Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction. * Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and safety regulations. * Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. *Experience* * 1. *BS in Electrical Engineering/Automation*. 2. 1+ years BIW electrical project management preferred. Automotive OEM experience a plus. Top recent graduates considered. 3. *Fluent English (written/spoken)*; Chinese working proficiency required. 4. Willing to travel domestically within US (>40%). 5.
