Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job DescriptionParsons is looking for a talented Senior, Security Program Management Specialist to join our Security & Risk organization! This role leads workstream-level planning, coordination, and reporting while driving shared services delivery across the Security & Risk organization. As part of the Program Management Office (PMO), you will lead initiatives, drive data-driven decision support through analytics and reporting automation and establish continuity practices across workstreams. You will play a key role in strengthening execution maturity, driving adoption of Program Management Office process, tools and standards, and enabling strategic initiative execution.What You'll Be DoingProject Management & Program Support:Lead planning, execution alignment, and capacity optimization for assigned projectsFacilitate scope, dependency, and risk discussions; prepare leadership-ready summaries/briefsDevelop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely deliveryTrack cross-initiative dependencies and identify execution risks with mitigation optionsLead intake and prioritization efforts, implement process enhancements such as workflow and template development/optimization, and facilitate the adoption of program management tools to ensure consistency and scalabilityEstablish continuity practices to reduce fragmentation and reworkLead Security and Risk organization shared services execution and accountability across assigned service categoriesDefine and monitor shared service level expectations and performanceManage intake across shared services requests and prioritize workloadFinancial OperationsCoordinate forecasts, spend tracking, and budget activitiesSupport spend optimization, license rationalization, and procurement coordinationVendor & Contract OperationsCoordinate vendor intake, performance tracking, SLAs, and renewal workflowsSupport QBRs and vendor governance activitiesData & Reporting OperationsDevelop and maintain KPI dashboards and metrics frameworks (Power BI)Support program and leadership with recurring reporting cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly)Leverage automation and AI tools to improve reporting efficiencyBusiness EnablementLead or support enterprise task forces, M&A integration, and transformation initiativesServe as cross-functional liaison (HR, IT, Legal, Procurement, Finance)Partner with IT Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Business Unit leadership on security-related coordinationWhat Required Skills You'll BringBachelor's degree required4+ years in program/project management, program delivery, business analysis, or enterprise operations management experienceStrong facilitation, stakeholder influence, and executive communication skillsAdvanced proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet)Experience with financial coordination, budget management and vendor managementAdvanced data manipulation, visualization, and dashboard development (Power BI)What Desired Skills You'll BringExperience in cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or technology environmentsProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationData analytics or Business Intelligence certificationExperience with automation/AI tools for reportingConfluence, SharePoint, Power Apps, or similar knowledge management platformsSecurity ClearanceAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearanceSecurity Clearance RequirementNoneThis position is part of our Corporate team.For over 80 years, Parsons Corporation, has shaped the future of the defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure markets.
