Kinoko is a Japanese- fusion restaurant located in Greenpoint Brooklyn.  We are looking to hire a sushi chef to support our small but mighty team! Applicants must meet these requirements:- Atleast 2 of experience in high volume and sushi restaurants -Knowledge in fish butchering, rice prep, vegetable Japanese prep is a MUST-Collaborate on menu development and seasonal offerings-Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards -Must be eligible to work in the US-Experience with dry aging fish is a plus -Food handling certificate is a plus-Must be available Tuesday - Saturday PM shifts More detail about Kinoko, please visit
