Senior Construction Project Manager positionWe are looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager who will organize a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include ensuring that all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.You should be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. An analytical mind and great organizational skills are also required.ResponsibilitiesMust have experience building multiple large multi-family and commercial building projects Must be a can do team leader Identify , Source and Hire local sub contractors to the project site Ability to work with local, state and federal agencies Create scopes of work in three bid all construction divisions Run weekly on site owners meetings Manage all RFIs, ASIs, PCO, PCCO, and Submital logsAbility to quickly resolve any contractor disputes and confront Change OrdersRequirementsTravel to various New England Sites Strong organizational and time-management skillsBSc or BA in engineering, building science or other relevant area; professional certification
