Client: Non-Profit/Insurance GroupJob Title: Project Coordinator/Program Coordinator/Business Operations Coordinator/Administrative Coordinator/Project AdministratorLocation: Washington, DC 20049Duration: 19 W, 4 D (Possibility to extend into 2027)Job Description:This assignment provides project coordination, business operations, and administrative support to the CLIENT Public Policy Institute, including the following responsibilities:Support preparation of the annual work plan proposal and budget authorization materialsCreate, update, and maintain operational processes and work plans to support ongoing operations, special projects, and evolving business needsProvide meeting support, including scheduling, agenda development, meeting summaries, and action-item tracking for follow-upDevelop and maintain content for internal SharePoint sitesProvide event management support for both virtual and in-person eventsProvide speaking engagement and presentation support, including preparing PowerPoint slides and talking pointsManage administrative tasks such as calendar coordination, meeting logistics, expense reimbursements, travel arrangements, invoice processing, and procurement activities.Draft memos and other internal documents as neededPerform other duties as assignedIdeal candidates will have:Bachelor’s degree and three to five years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience related to the duties of the positionKnowledge of and interest in business operations or related areasExceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to produce high-quality, professional work productsComfort working within a dynamic work environmentDemonstrated ability to work effectively across teams and with colleagues at all levels of the organizationHighly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and electronic communications tools and platforms.“Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
