Client Partner — Life Sciences (West Coast)About the OpportunityOur client, a global supply chain consulting and digital transformation firm, is seeking a Client Partner to lead and grow their Life Sciences portfolio across the West Coast. This is a senior, revenue-owning role with full P&L accountability for a strategic book of business spanning pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients. The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of industry expertise, consultative selling, and delivery oversight — driving multi-year transformation programs across supply chain, SAP, planning platforms (Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9), and emerging AI/analytics capabilities.The firm operates globally with deep delivery scale, partners with the largest enterprise platforms in supply chain, and serves a marquee client base across Life Sciences, CPG, Industrial, and Retail. This role offers the platform, the brand, and the comp structure of a major firm with the agility and ownership of a focused industry practice.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end commercial relationship and P&L for a portfolio of Life Sciences accounts on the West Coast (pharma, biotech, medical device, CRO).Drive new logo acquisition alongside expansion within the installed base — net-new revenue, wallet-share growth, and multi-year account roadmaps.Build and deepen CXO and senior business stakeholder relationships across supply chain, IT, commercial operations, and digital transformation buying centers.Partner with delivery, solutioning, and practice leadership to shape proposals, structure deals, and ensure successful execution of large, multi-million-dollar programs.Develop and execute account plans, white-space analysis, and pursuit strategies aligned to Life Sciences industry priorities (clinical supply, serialization, track-and-trace, demand and supply planning, S&OP, GenAI for commercial ops).Forecast accurately, manage pipeline rigorously, and represent the firm at industry events and client briefings.Collaborate with global delivery teams, alliance partners, and industry advisors to bring the full capability of the firm to each account.Qualifications12+ years of progressive experience in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation, with a substantial portion in Life Sciences sales or account leadership.Demonstrated track record of carrying and exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas, owning P&L, and growing strategic accounts year over year.Deep relationships within the West Coast Life Sciences ecosystem (SF Bay Area, Southern California, San Diego, Pacific Northwest).Working fluency in supply chain, SAP, and/or planning platform conversations (Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9, Manhattan, IBP) — you don't need to be a solution architect, but you need to sell the conversation credibly.Experience navigating large global services firms (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, HCL, IBM, NTT DATA, EPAM, LTIMindtree, or similar) or boutique LS-focused consultancies.Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Strong executive presence, consultative selling instincts, and the ability to operate with autonomy in a matrixed environment.CompensationHighly competitive base salary commensurate with West Coast Life Sciences premium, plus aggressive variable tied to bookings, revenue, and margin.
