Property Administrator (Commercial Real Estate)OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for tenants while partnering cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations and a high level of service.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and issue resolutionCoordinate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs, preventative maintenance, and routine property inspectionsManage lease administration processes, including renewals, amendments, and terminationsSupport move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and security deposit trackingPrepare and process tenant invoicing; ensure accuracy within Yardi and Nexus systemsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant communications, work orders, and property activityResolve tenant concerns promptly while ensuring compliance with company policies and lease agreementsAssist with monthly reporting related to tenant services and property performanceCollaborate closely with internal teams including accounting, legal, and property managementRequired Skills & QualificationsExperience in property management, property administration, or commercial real estateWorking knowledge of lease agreements and rental practicesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Yardi preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCustomer-service oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, VA.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.RequirementsEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
