Content Design Producer – Digital Services (Product, Design & Marketing)LocationHybrid – U.S. (Onsite location disclosed upon interview)6-Month ContractPay Rate: Up to $95/hourOverviewOur Product, Design & Marketing team is seeking an experienced Content Design Producer to support both new and ongoing content design initiatives across a global digital services platform. This role will partner closely with designers, producers, operations, and external creative partners to help manage workflows, maintain project organization, and support high-impact creative production.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment with multiple concurrent priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day project coordination for design teams across multiple creative initiativesSchedule meetings, create agendas, document meeting notes, and track action items to completionMonitor team resourcing and help ensure project assignments are accurately tracked and distributedSupport operations workflows including estimates, purchase orders, scopes of work, and project documentationCoordinate with external production partners to manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, and feedback cyclesPartner with design leads to maintain organized and up-to-date project files and assetsAssist with quality assurance checks and asset validation processesProvide regular project status updates and proactively escalate risks, blockers, or timeline concernsSupport cross-functional collaboration across creative, production, and operational teamsQualifications3–4+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, Asset Manager, or similar role within a creative agency, production studio, or in-house creative organizationStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExperience coordinating with external studios, vendors, and production partnersFamiliarity with creative production workflows including illustration, motion, photography, and digital designExperience supporting quality assurance and asset review processes preferredStrong note-taking, task management, and follow-through skillsComfortable using modern mobile, tablet, and desktop devicesBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferredPreferred AttributesSelf-motivated and proactive with strong problem-solving skillsAdaptable and open to supporting a variety of production and operational tasksPassionate about the creative process and digital product experiencesComfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting prioritiesCollaborative mindset with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationshipsEqual Opportunity StatementMathys+Potestio values applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.
