Job Title: Fine Dining Hostess
Responsibilities:
- Weekday lunch shift availability is a must year round.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a fine dining setting
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and accurate order delivery
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Process payments and provide accurate change to guests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server in a fine dining establishment is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including wine pairing and cocktail preparation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a professional appearance
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift trays of food or drinks
