Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with strong hands-on experience in quality assurance and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality standards, inspection procedures, testing methods, and evaluation criteria.
Establish sampling plans and develop documentation for recording, analyzing, and reporting quality and reliability data.
Develop procedures for handling nonconforming materials, determining disposition, and assessing associated costs.
Oversee quality inspection and testing activities to ensure compliance with product and process specifications.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related field.
- Experience with QMS and audit
- Experience with compliance, SMT / printing circuit board assembly.
- Regulatory /safety standards experience needed.
- Experience ASQ CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) or equivalent qualification and training is preferred
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering.
Pay Scale: $35-$40/hr on W2 (Negotiable based on experience)
