Location: El Mirage, AZ Shifts Available:1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM (includes shift differential pay) Pay: $22-24 based on experience Skills and ExperienceKey ResponsibilitiesPerform high-quality MIG welding (GMAW) on structural steel components. Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately. Use fabrication techniques to meet production standards and project specs. Inspect welds and materials to ensure adherence to quality control requirements. Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, efficient work environment. QualificationsPrior experience in structural steel fabricationProficient in GMAW (MIG) weldingKnowledge of fabrication techniques and tools. Strong background in quality control and inspection proceduresAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment. Must pass a weld test.Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
