Data Analyst, Government We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our Government sales channel, specifically in the legal and risk field. In this role you will collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions and improve processes. About the Role Streamline data collection methods and develop automated dashboards and reports that provide insights across multiple business pillars. Compile and analyze data to produce reports that facilitate cross-functional understanding and collaboration between Legal, Risk, and other business pillars. Maintain data systems by addressing errors, monitoring performance, and ensuring data quality and integrity, specifically around customer data. Analyze and interpret collected data to identify trends and patterns, and present findings in an easily understandable format for stakeholders. Improve and refine customer tagging and segmentation to enhance analysis, reporting, and business decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, drive data-driven decision-making, and design solutions that meet business objectives. Leverage advanced tools (AI, automation, and other technologies) to improve workflows, business outcomes, and future state objectives. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Data Analyst or equivalent in data or business analytics. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Analytics, Finance, or related field (preferred). Commercial or revenue-focused experience in B2B environments, revenue operations, or Go-To-Market operations (preferred). Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data, identify customer behavior and preferences, and create interactive and static visualizations. Technical proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools and a quick learning curve for new technologies. Project management experience: managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality under pressure. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills with the ability to influence and persuade colleagues, customers, and stakeholders; ability to take ownership of projects independently. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Teams. Strong experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and Alteryx. Compensation For eligible US locations, the base compensation range is $74,200USD – $137,800USD, with pay positioned within the range based on individual knowledge, skills, and experience. The total reward program includes a potential annual bonus based on enterprise and individual performance.
